Hello, my name’s Matt.
Serving as Good Shepherd's Director of Operations and Development means I handle the day-to-day business operations of the church and constantly work on the development of our campus. By filling this role, it frees up our Pastor to be more involved in ministry to people and the life of the church.
Over the past 13 years here, my wife, Mary, and I have grown closer to God because of this family of faith and the experiences we have shared. We believe you will love it here too. Good Shepherd is an exciting place to be, and we look forward to getting to know you better.
When you want to talk about the vision of the church and our development plan, ways to give, church organization, finance or anything Good Shepherd-related, I am only a phone call away and my door is always open!

Hello! My name is Nicole, and I'm the Office Administrator here at Good Shepherd. I am so blessed to be here and am quite grateful that I get to meet all of you. To me, church is so much more than Sunday service and worship songs -- it's a fellowship of believers that use their God-given talents to bless others and praise the Lord!
Being involved in church and various ministry activities has been my life, as I have a mother who also works as a church Office Administrator and a father who consistently plays on worship teams (and you probably see him every Sunday!). I honestly couldn't ask for a greater opportunity to serve others.
A native Texan and extremely artistically inclined person, I love to explore creative ventures and anything involving music, writing, and history! These interests led me to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in History in 2022, and I'm excited to see what post-grad opportunities come my way. So, if you ever want to talk about your favorite time period in history -- or anything else, for that matter -- I will always be happy to listen!

I was born and raised in Galt, CA. I was part of a youth group there that I was able to lead worship for, and it was through that experience that my passion for sharing the message of Christ through music grew.
In my free time, I enjoy being out and about with my husband traveling to new places, trying new foods, hanging out with family, friends and cats, being out on the water, or playing video games. I’m always on the lookout for new experiences, so, if you have any recommendations, let me know!

Hello and welcome, my name is Seth Illich and it is a joy to serve here at Good Shepherd as the Director of Christian Education (DCE). I love the mission and ministry of the church and believe that what we do at church directly impacts our lives and the lives of people around us. I especially love the educational and experiential side of church ministry. With that in mind, I sought out a vocation that allows me to share my passion for using new experiences to encourage students to grow in their faith and how they live it out.
Whether at church or in my personal life, I like seeking out new adventures. I love to be outdoors, explore God’s creation, try new foods, and meet new people. More and more, I love getting to share those experiences with others.
In my day-to-day life just as in ministry, we get to walk this together and I am so grateful to be a part of the life of this church and community!

Hi, I'm Molly!
In 2012, my husband Dennis and I moved to Cedar Park from Odessa, Texas when I was born and raised. We now live in Leander. I received a Bachelor of Business Adminsttration Degree in Finance from Texas tech University. I have been working in the field of accounting for 36 years and in church accounting for the last 25 years.
I have two grown daughters who live with their families in the Austin area and one son who now lives in heaven. I am so blessed to have 5 beautiful granddaughters!
When I am not working, I enjoy walking, baking, listening to music, reading, sewing, crocheting, and knitting. Although my greatest joy comes from spending time with my family!

My name is Shannon, and I am the Production & Creative Director. It is such an honor to be here at Good Shepherd, using the gifts that God has blessed me with to be able to help create such life changing services.
I am originally from Springfield Missouri. I met my wife Cindy at church, where she was in the choir and I was the band director. I have a son and 1 grand daughter. We also have the enormous privilege of raising our grand niece Ash. Plus we have 3, totally insane but lovable dogs.
I am one of those rare people whose hobbies are also my job. I love writing and recording music, graphic design, etc. I play drums, keyboards, some guitar, and I can play happy birthday on the violin! I also love football. Sorry fellow Texans, but I am a die hard KC Chiefs fan.
